Convenience foods group Uniq today (Friday) announced that two of its non-executive directors will be standing down later this year having served nine years on the board.
Victor Scherrer will be retiring on 1 May 2005 and Lord MacGregor of Pulham Market will be retiring after the annual general meeting on 26 July 2005. The board is in process of recruiting one new non-executive director to join the board later in the year.
