According to local reports, Jesús Salazar, chairman of Spanish food group Sos Cuétara, has said that the company will launch an initial public offering for its Italian subsidiaries at the end of next year.

Sos Cuétara acquired Carapelli and Minerva Oli in 2005 and 2006 for EUR127.7m (US$163.08m) and EUR63m respectively.
