American Italian Pasta Company (AIPC) has announced the appointment of Bob Schuller as executive vice-president and general counsel.
In this newly created role, Schuller will be responsible for the company’s legal affairs and human resource functions, and will also serve as its chief compliance officer, reporting to chief executive Jim Fogarty.
“American Italian Pasta Company is fortunate to have a professional of Bob’s calibre join our executive team,” Fogarty said. “His broad business experience and legal acumen will serve the company well as he assumes the important new position of general counsel. As the company moves ahead, this role and Bob’s capable leadership will prove to be valuable assets.”
Schuller brings 20-years of legal experience to the Kansas City-based pasta producer, both in corporations and in private practice. He was most recently general counsel at VT, a privately-owned automobile dealership, insurance and real estate group.
