Unilever NV said yesterday (30 March) that Hein Swinkels and Mark Goedhart will be stepping down from its board of directors as of 1 April.
Swinkels, currently finance director, will take on the post of VP finance and IT at Unilever Thailand. Hans Janssen, currently finance and IT director at Unilever Germany Home & Personal Care, will be his successor.
Goedhart is taking planned early retirement.
