Coastal Foods Inc. (OTC:XPIE; Coastal) and PJ Management Inc. jointly announced today that the letter of intent entered into whereby Coastal Foods Inc. would be acquired by PJM, has expired. There are currently no plans to move forward in signing a new letter of intent.
