Marcella Arline, Hershey’s chief people officer, is to leave the company after 26 years, Hershey announced on Friday (16 November).
Hershey chairman and CEO Rick Lenny, himself set to leave the company, said Arline had shown an “unmatched dedication” to the business. “Her energy, judgment and commitment will be greatly missed,” he said.
Last week, Hershey’s board of directors underwent something of a transformation with the appointment of eight new directors.
The Hershey Trust, the controlling shareholder in Hershey, elected the directors to support recently-appointed president and CEO Dave West.
