UK catering company Compass Group Plc plans to invest US$63.5m in a joint venture with United Emirates-based food services company Abu Dhabi National Hotels (ADNH). The merger of Compass Group’s Middle East operations with ADNH will form the new joint company, ADNH Compass Middle East LLC.
