US grocery giant Kroger Co. has named Rick Going as head of its new Michigan division.

The Ohio-based company said Going would oversee a business that has some 138 stores in the state of Michigan.
Going has spent 26 years at Kroger, including a role as vice president of retail operations and vice president of merchandising for Kroger’s Cincinnati/Dayton division.
