The company said the plant, based 60 km from Moscow in the town of Chekhov, will open on 18 September.


When it announced its plans for the Chekov plant last year, Barry Callebaut said it would spend CHF25m (US$20.8m) on the site, which will have a capacity of around 25,000 tonnes of chocolate.
