Paul brings a wealth of professional experience to the Horizon Organic Board. For more than 20 years, she has held various senior management positions within the healthcare industry, primarily with Kaiser Permanente. Most recently, Paul was president of the Group Operations West division of Kaiser Permanente. Prior, she was president of its Rocky Mountain division.

Currently, Paul serves on more than ten boards of various companies and non-profit organizations. She is chair of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, Denver branch.

Paul holds a bachelor of arts degree in sociology from the University of California, a masters degree in public health and hospital administration from the University of California at Berkeley. She also participated in Harvard University’s Advanced Management Program.
