In a regulatory filing, the Japanese frozen food manufacturer said that it has purchased an additional 23,170 shares in Green Foods, increasing its stake from 55.19% to 94.22%.


Katokichi, a wholly owned unit of Japan Tobacco, said it would consolidate all of its seafood operations into Green Foods.
