McCain Foods subsidiary Charcuterie La Tour Eiffel is to acquire the Summersweet business and assets related to the manufacturing of pate, mousses, dips, hand-held filled wraps and sandwiches.
Under the terms of the agreement, specialty prepared foods maker Sepp’s will continue to distribute Summersweet products for the McCain unit for at least one year, reported Dow Jones News.
