In an announcement coinciding with the news that Kraft Foods will be spun off from Altria on 30 March, the world’s second-largest food group revealed that Altria boss Louis Camilleri will step down as chairman and his responsibilities will be assumed by Kraft CEO Irene Rosenfeld.
