UK: Ingredients café chain to be closed down at last
The upmarket Ingredients chain of seven combined cafes and food shops in the UK is to be closed. When KPMG Corporate Recovery became the administrator of Ingredients in May, several firms in the same sector expressed interest in a buyout. The interest went no further however and KPMG is now considering renting or selling the Ingredient’s sites, which are in shopping centres around the UK.
