CANADA: Clearly Canadian suspends financial filings
Clearly Canadian, the beverage and baby food group, has temporarily suspended filing its annual and quarterly financial statements, the company said in a regulatory filing.
It will not file financial statements as it “works through” restructuring its senior and subordinated convertible notes, the company said in a regulatory filing.
As a consequence, the British Columbia and Ontario Securities Commissions suspended trading in Clearly shares until the company examines its note structure.
