Singapore conglomerate Dairy Farm International Holdings revealed earlier today [Monday] that the tender offer that closed on Friday for its share buyback is oversubscribed.

Dairy Farm planned to buy back about 10% of its issued share capital, amounting to 170 million shares, for approximately US$127.5m.


The company said however that it has received valid tenders for about 203.5 million shares, representing 11.9% of its issued share capital.
