J&J’s acquisition is scheduled for closing by 5 January 2004.
Country Home Bakers, which has a manufacturing facility in Atlanta, Georgia, manufactures and distributes bakery products to the foodservice and supermarket industries. Total sales are estimated to be approximately US$55m.
