Local retailer D&G Inc., which operates Gary’s Foods supermarket in Mount Vernon, Iowa, filed the suit in a federal court in Madison, Wisconsin.


“As a matter of policy, Supervalu does not comment on pending legal matters,” a spokesperson for the company told just-food.
