Gernan pizza maker Dr Oetker has completed the acquisition of Delhi-based Fun Foods for INR1.1bn (US$2.2m).

“We already produce our own products in Inida and the acquisition will extend our presence in the country,” a spokesperson for Dr Oetker told just-food today (23 December).
Oliver Mirza, present managing director of Dr Oetker’s Indian business will assume the roll of Fun Foods MD, the company revealed.
Fun Foods manufactures packaged food products including mayonnaise and sandwich spreads. It operates manufacturing facilities in Rajasthan and Uttarakhand and distributes its products throughout India.
