SOS had been looking for a buyer for the business, which trades under the brand name Cuétara, since September to fund its summer acquisition of olive oil brand Bertolli from Unilever.
The company said it wants to focus on its vegetable oil and rice businesses and brands including the Carapelli and Sasso brands.
The deal, which remains subject to regulatory approval, will see Nutrexpa enter the biscuit business for the first time.
