The nomination of Ben Noteboom, CEO and chairman of the executive board of recruitment consultants Randstad Holdings, will be on the agenda of Ahold’s next general meeting of shareholders on 28 April 2009.


The Ahold supervisory board currently includes chairman René Dahan, who is also chairman of the selection and appointment committee and vice chairman Tom de Swaan, who doubles up as chairman of the audit committee).


Chairman of Ahold’s remuneration committee Derk Doijer, Karen de Segundo, Stephanie Shern, Judith Sprieser and Mark McGrath make up the retail’s giant supervisory board.
