Australia’s second-largest retailer Wesfarmers has recalled own-label sliced chicken from its Coles, Bi-Lo and Pick 'n Pay supermarkets after it was found that the product was contaminated with listeria.
Australia’s second-largest retailer Wesfarmers has recalled own-label sliced chicken from its Coles, Bi-Lo and Pick ‘n Pay supermarkets after it was found that the product was contaminated with listeria.
According to a statement on the Product Recalls Australia website, the company recalled its 50 gram You’ll Love Coles branded sliced chicken in plastic twin packs today (22 September).
The affected products have the best before date of 07 October 2008 and were sold in New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia and Queensland.
