The UK’s number one retailer stands accused of breaking a number of environmental rules at its Martlesham Heath Tesco Extra outlet.
According to the suit, Tesco failed to adequately provide pest control measures, which led to the presence of rodents.
A spokesperson for Tesco told just-food: “”The case has been adjourned until September so we will be unable to comment any further until then.”
