Tootie Pie announced today (31 August) that private equity firm Dawson Holdings has taken a 15% equity stake in the pie company.

President and CEO Don Merrill said: “This transaction is significant on many fronts. Not only are we getting the critical financing that we need at an important time in the life of the company, but we are gaining the support of an outstanding group, known for their brand building and sales expertise.”
