Adams will join the group’s fledgling supermarket chain in the next few months. A date is yet to be announced.
“Fresh & Easy is expanding rapidly and the chain is looking to strengthen its senior team so this is a positive move for us,” a spokesperson told just-food today (13 March).
Adams will move to Fresh & Easy to work with Tim Mason, the chain’s president and chief executive.
The Fresh & Easy chain has opened over 50 stores across southern California in just a matter of months but was recently forced to defend reports the business was missing internal sales targets.
