Russian retailer Dixy Group said today (29 July) that its first-half sales rose by over 21%.
Dixy reported a 21.8% increase in sales to RUB37.4bn (US$1.3bn) for the period to the end of June.

Revenue from the Dixy banner increased 23.8% to RUB32.2bn. Sales from the Megamart hypermarket chain were up 10.6% to RUB3.8bn, while its Minimart convenience stores recorded a 10.2% increase in sales to RUB1.2bn.
Like-for-like sales were up 7.8% with the Dixy format recording 7.4% growth. Megamart posted a 10.6% increase in like-for-like sales, while sales at Minimart climbed 10.1% on a like-for-like basis.
The company said the results did not include the Victoria Group, which Dixy acquired in June.
Shares in Dixy, however, were down 0.53% to RUB375 a share at 11:24 BST.
