US private label bakery manufacturer Baker’s Pride has launched a “hi-tech” donut facility at it Mt. Pleasant Street Bakery division.
The 65,000 sq ft facility uses innovative, modern baking technology to produce mass quantities of donuts, the company said, while creating cost efficiencies for customers of Baker’s Pride. The line features blast freezer capabilities prior to being packaged frozen.
