UK dairy co-op Milk Link has said that Carl Ravenhall will take up a senior executive position within the processing group.
It announced today (18 March) that Ravenhall, who is currently managing director of Adams Foods will play a “leading role in the delivery of the business’ growth and development strategy”.
A spokesperson for the group could not confirm what exactly the role Ravenhall will take within the company, saying that as he is not joining until the summer, “we are not in any rush to announce any restructuring of the company at this stage”, he said, adding that his precise role would be “revealed in due course”.
Milk Link CEO Neil Kennedy said: “As we grow and develop it is important that we evolve complementary business structures and build further our management capabilities. I’m therefore delighted that Carl has decided to join Milk Link at what is an exciting time in the development of the business. His proven management experience and track record within the dairy industry will complement our already strong senior management team and will be a further boost to the business as we grow and evolve.”
