Ready-to-cook and pre-cooked beef and chicken manufacturer John Soules Foods has acquired chicken processor Pro View Foods for an undisclosed sum.
Pro View makes a range of chicken products, including whole muscle and formed ready-to-cook and fully-cooked chicken products in a wide variety of flavour and breading profiles. The company is based in Gainesville, Georgia, and will initially operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of John Soules Foods.
