Organic broth maker Pacific Foods is launching a new protein-filled range of broths across the US.

The firm’s Bone Broth, made from organic chicken and turkey bones, is high in protein and low in calories, it said.

“Our bone broth has more protein than a glass of milk, half the calories and a heck of a lot more flavour,” said Kevin Tisdale, vice president of marketing for Pacific Foods. “Now, consumers can simply pour, heat and enjoy in just minutes.”

The bone broths come in five variants and are available in resealable 32oz and 8oz options. They are available at retailers nationwide form US$1.79 – US$5.59
