UK dairy products company Dairy Crest has named Peter Thornton as its new executive managing director, effective 1 April.
Thornton, who has been the manager of Dairy Crest’s spreads business since September 2000, will succeed Chris Roberts who is leaving the company on 16 May to pursue other interests, reported the Financial Times.
