French food producer Bonduelle has posted a consolidated turnover of €629m (US$677m) for the first half of the fiscal year to 30 June 2003, a rise of 4.4% year-on-year.

The company also reported consolidated turnover of €333.2m for the second quarter of the fiscal year, up 4.7% year-on-year.

Bonduelle also confirmed its forecast for a 5% year-on-year increase in turnover for the fiscal year 2002/03. This forecast does not include turnover from French food and catering group Michel Caugant, in which Bonduelle bought an 87% stake in January, reported the French News Digest.
