Nordic seafood group Ocean Crown is launching a line of marinated and flavoured herring products aimed at the foodservice sector in the UK.

The range is being introduced to the UK via Ocean Crown's local distributor Scandia Foods. The company said it hopes the move will capitalise on the growing popularity of Nordic cuisine in the country.
