Stewart’s appointment follows the resignation of Andrew Kuruc as CFO. Kuruc has left the group to pursue other business opportunities, said Ark.
Stewart joins the group from Fortis Capital Holdings, where he was chief financial officer.
Ark operates fastfood concepts, restaurants, bakeries and catering operations throughout the US.
