Sodexho, the largest provider of food and facilities management in the US, is creating of the Sodexho Women’s Network Group to identify ways the company can strengthen the ability of women to advance through its ranks, by improving mentoring, career development, recruiting and issues related to balancing work and family commitments.


In addition, Sodexho said it has become platinum-level sponsor of the Women’s Foodservice Forum (WFF), an organisation promoting leadership development and career advancement of executive women within the foodservice industry.


Sodexho is the first food and facilities contract management company to sponsor the WFF at the platinum level.
