Maple Leaf Foods subsidiary Canada Bread has announced that it will purchase all of Maple Leaf’s other bakery operations. Canada Bread plans to consolidate the operations in a C$266m (US$167.7m) deal including debt. The bakery operations in question are situated in the US and the UK, reported the Calgary Herald.
