UK confectionery and soft drinks group Cadbury Schweppes has announced that its chief operating officer John Brock has resigned from the board and will leave the company at the end of the year.
Todd Stitzer, the company’s chief strategy officer is to take on the role of deputy chief executive from 30 December 2002 until his appointment as chief executive in May 2003.
