Lipofoods to Showcase Vegan Iron Ingredient at Vitafoods

Lipofoods has announced it will be attending this year’s Vitafoods event to showcase Lipofer, a highly stable, vegan iron ingredient in a unique delivery system.

Lipofer enhances the bioavailability of iron, has a surprisingly great flavour, and minimises interactions with other components.

Lipofoods SLU will also be introducing a new presentation concept called the ‘microencapsulation experience’ to interactively present the benefits of its microencapsulated branded ingredients. This concept will allow Vitafoods visitors a full experience to ‘see, taste and feel’ while sampling simple, cleaner formulations such as orosoluble iron sticks.

Marketing manager for Lipofoods Isabel Gómez will conduct the interactive presentation and present a comprehensive, in-depth explanation of microencapsulation benefits. The presentation will take place Wednesday 16 May from 12:00pm to 12:45pm, at the Tasting Centre Spotlight.
