Heat Exchanger Ice Contamination Control

Heat exchanger breaches can lead to a product leak and full storage tank contamination.

The Satron VOM reflection sensor will detect the contamination in real-time.

The optical analyser is installed in the closed loop ice water system. In the event that a seal fails in the plate-heat-exchanger, the sensor will detect this immediately and it will be able to prevent polluting the ice water storage tank, and the Heat exchanger.

It is a common measurement in many big diaries now and has a fast return on investment (ROI) as the VOM reflection sensor is very sensitive and will prevent big spills.
