The Coffee Brewmasters Return to the London Coffee Festival 2026 with Next-Generation Coffee and Tea Extracts

The Coffee Brewmasters (TCB) is proud to confirm its return to the London Coffee Festival 2026, taking place 14–17 May at The Truman Brewery, Brick Lane, London, UK. Following a successful appearance at last year’s festival, TCB will be back with an expanded showcase of its all-natural coffee and tea extracts — and a preview of new product lines set to push the category forward.

The London Coffee Festival is one of the world’s leading events for the speciality coffee industry, attracting over 22,000 visitors and 275 exhibitors in its most recent edition. This year’s festival opens with two dedicated industry days on Thursday 14 and Friday 15 May, followed by two public days across the weekend. TCB will be exhibiting at stand G31.

The TCB Process® — extraction without compromise

At the heart of The Coffee Brewmasters’ offer is the TCB Process®, a patented, all-natural liquid coffee extraction technology using only beans and water. The process captures nearly 100% of the available flavour solids — delivering a clean, premium taste profile that is shelf-stable for up to eight months at ambient temperature, without any additives, preservatives, alcohol stabilisers, or post-pasteurisation.

The TCB Process® has been independently validated by Massey University (New Zealand) and CSIRO (Australia), and all production operates under FSSC 22000 quality standards. Extracts are both Halal and Kosher certified, and meet large, quick-service restaurant quality systems.

What to expect at LCF 2026

This year’s showcase will include TCB’s core range of coffee and tea extracts, spanning applications across ready-to-drink beverages, café iced coffee, cold brew, food service, gelato, desserts, and cocktails, including espresso martinis. Visitors will also have the opportunity to explore new product directions being developed by TCB, including functional coffee extract lines designed for the growing health and performance beverage category.

TCB’s extracts are available in a range of packaging formats, including their best-selling bag-in-box, with contract manufacturing and private labelling options available for B2B clients. The technology has been successfully implemented with roasting companies across Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Europe, and Asia.
