Sanitary Plate Heat Exchangers

Constantly evolving, Teralba Industries manufacture in Australia a complete range of hygienic and sanitary Accu-Therm Plate Heat Exchangers for the pharmaceutical, food & beverage industries.

The photo shows an all stainless steel, multi-stage Accu-Therm PHE complete with 304 stainless steel frames and height-adjustable supports. The height-adjustable feet allow the heat exchanger to be positioned with sufficient distance from the floor, to allow for ease of cleaning underneath.

As the frames for most Accu-Therm hygienic heat exchangers are manufactured in Australia, Teralba can provide a virtually unlimited range of fittings, including Triclamp or BSM and can configure the connections to match any pipework requirements.

The sanitary heat exchanger pictured is designed to process a variety of beverages, at varying temperatures.
