Comparison: Steribeam PEF R&D Systems vs DIL/Elrack 5kw PEF

Major parameters of the floor-standing R&D PEF system type DIL/ELCRACK-5kw have been compared with the respective parameters of three SteriBeam bench-top R&D PEF systems: the fully automatic system with an interactive LCD display, the semi-automatic-1 and the basic semi-automatic-2.

The comparison table was made possible by accessing publically available information and courtesy to a few customers from DIL. The table shows definite advantages of SteriBeam systems summarized as following: a) semi-automatic PEF systems deliver standard PEF parameters at far below the cost of the DIL system, b) the fully automatic system offers broader parameters than the system from DIL, yet at a smaller price and with more conveniences valued in a lab environment.
