John Morris Scientific Introduces New Refractometer for Beer

John Morris Scientific is pleased to introduce Atago’s new refractometer for beer. The pocket-sized PAL-PLATO is used to measure the ‘sweet wort’ in beer and to determine the final point of fermentation.

The PAL-PLATO has a measurement range of 0°Plato-30°Plato (accuracy 0.2°Plato) and is available with automatic temperature compensation. It is water resistant and conforms to IP65.

The PAL-PLATO is quick and easy to clean – just rinse with water and it is ready to be used again.
