Natural Biotechnology Announces New Generation of Processing Aids: BioFresh AMB

Natural Biotechnology has recently launched a new range of processing aids designed to extend shelf life and provide antimicrobial protection over a pH range of 3 to 7.

BioFresh® AMB is an innocuous white to pale cream powder sterilant designed to extend shelf life while enhancing the taste, colour and texture properties of beverages. It also provides antimicrobial protection against Gram+ and Gram- bacteria, yeast and mould.
