The Coffee Brewmasters provides coffee and tea extracts through a proprietary process. The TCB Process® has been designed to extract 100% of the available solids and preserve the coffee bean’s natural aromas and flavours. The Coffee Brewmasters (TCB) is an innovative coffee and tea extraction company based in Melbourne, Australia, and Chicago, US. Our  Extract products are utilised by major global brands to manufacture ready-to-drink beverages, new concept instant coffee powders, capsules and pods infusions, as well as inclusions in cocktails and spirits. They are a key component in Nootropic, Health and flavour options.

We cultivate a comprehensive range of coffee and tea extracts to supply premium quality, single-origin to niche, unique blends, placing our customers’ needs at the heart of our business to deliver consistently exquisite products. The TCB Process®delivers up to 12 months of shelf stability of the extracts at ambient temperatures. The Coffee Brewmasters do not use preservatives or post-pasteurisation to achieve this. All extraction options are stability and challenge tested by recognised third-party validations.

Unique extraction method to preserve aromas and flavours

The Coffee Brewmasters’ production follows the TCB Process®, an innovative extraction technology that has continuously developed, validated and perfected over the years. This technology enables the production of high-quality end products that possess all the natural coffee or tea flavours.

The TCB Process ensures shelf stability of up to twelve months at ambient temperature, without the use of additives, alcohol or sugar stability or preservatives.

The Coffee Brewmasters’ TCB Process is an innovative extraction technology that captures the natural aroma of the roasted bean type and specifically demonstrates the natural flavour assessment of the actual bean.

Our product portfolio includes infused roasted and ground coffee beans, extracts for ready-to-drink beverages, infused capsules and pods, and extracts for cocktails and spirits. Extracts are available for bakery options, ice cream, yoghurt, and dessert options. The extracts form the carrier for the new nootropic coffee range products.

The TCB Process captures the natural aroma of roast and ground coffee, providing the freshly brewed taste that consumers are looking for—flavour profiles indicative of the region of origin or the actual bean type and roast profile. This is an important contributor to quality, as modern coffee consumers are now more knowledgeable and demanding of their favourite brews.

This extraction technology has successfully utilised roasted beans and tea varieties from coffee roasting companies in Australia, New Zealand, the US, Europe, and Asia to produce various extracts and options for target manufacturing uses. It has also been developed into a range of technical new product areas, such as capsule infusion and coffee bean infusions.

All-natural extraction to guarantee shelf stability

The TCB Process has been validated and continues to validate new extract options, the all-natural extraction process that ensures shelf stability of twelve months at ambient temperature, without the use of additives, alcohol, or preservatives. The TCB Process® produces a consistent brix and caffeine content while extracting almost 100% of the available solids. The extraction produced is of extremely high quality under optimum conditions, protecting the delicate, varietal ‘top notes’ from damage or loss to preserve colour, flavour and aroma.

By extracting up to 100% of the bean’s available components, the unique TCB Process® retains the aroma and flavours that are often lost when using conventional processing methods. Our proven technology consistently delivers on a premium, clean taste profile, high-quality coffee extract that accentuates and maintains the roasted coffee bean’s actual characteristics.

Innovative, high-quality methods of coffee production

The Coffee Brewmasters continues to develop new coffee innovations to lead the coffee industry in innovation and high-quality parameters. Our products are certified to large quick-service restaurant quality standards and are both halal and kosher, while our production facilities operate in line with FSSC 22000 quality standards. The extracts are also Halal and Kosher-certified.

Our operations have been scientifically validated by Massey University, New Zealand, on shelf stability challenge studies, proving the process and collaboration with the Australian Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO).

TCB operates several state-of-the-art production facilities and systems that align with international quality certifications. As part of our global strategy, TCB  has invested in and built a manufacturing plant in Chicago, Illinois, as well as a cold brew and food service delivery model for a large brand in the US.

Sustainable and economical coffee brewing operations

The Coffee Brewmasters is committed to a sustainable future. We are aware of the economic, social, and environmental impact of our activities across the entire value chain. We have taken steps to eliminate waste and protect the environment, making our operations practical and economically sustainable.

All our spent coffee grounds are recycled and repurposed to agriculture-based enterprises assisting in the fertilisation of farming, soil remediation, cropping and worm farming operations. We have also initiated and developed projects within garden nursery, vegetable growing, cosmetics and baking options. In addition, TCB is creating a specific process and plant design to manufacture spent coffee grounds into innovative and higher-value end uses.
