The Coffee Brewmasters was back at The London Coffee Festival 2025, bringing their innovative range of all-natural coffee and tea extracts to one of the world’s most exciting coffee events.
Held at The Truman Brewery from 15-18 May, The London Coffee Festival is a major fixture on the global coffee calendar. Attracting over 22,000 visitors in its last edition, the event celebrates the best of coffee culture, with artisan roasters, gourmet food brands, cocktail sessions, tastings, workshops, and live barista competitions all under one roof.
At Stand G31, The Coffee Brewmasters showcased how their unique TCB Process® extracts up to 100% of the available solids from coffee and tea while protecting the natural aroma and flavour, delivering a clean, premium taste profile that’s shelf-stable for up to 12 months without additives or preservatives.
Their growing portfolio includes extracts for ready-to-drink beverages, instant powders, capsules and pods, spirits, desserts, and health-focused products. Visitors will be able to experience signature offerings like:
- Melbourne Mocha: a smooth, indulgent extract made from Colombian Arabica and natural cocoa.
- Pure Colombian: a bold, barista-style espresso profile made from 100% Colombian single origin.
- Honey Badger: a co-extracted blend of Colombian coffee and pure Australian honey.
Behind the scenes, The Coffee Brewmasters have built strong partnerships with roasters across Australia, New Zealand, Europe, the US, and Asia, and their processes have been validated by Massey University and CSIRO. All products are Halal, Kosher, and meet global food safety standards.
Their stand was a must-visit for brands, product developers, baristas, and beverage creators looking for high-quality, flexible, and natural extraction solutions, and those curious about what the future of coffee might taste like.
And for those thinking beyond the cup, TCB’s sustainability efforts are worth noting. All spent coffee grounds are repurposed into agriculture, cosmetics, baking and garden products, helping to minimise waste and support circular innovation.
