Editors notes:
Advanced Food safety Limited is a food safety consultancy / training company based in Appley Bridge, Lancashire. The company has a World-wide client base with projects undertaken in Latvia and South America, the Internet has also brought new clients from Turkey to the State of Qatar.

It is anticipated that SAFER FOOD On-Line will be most successful overseas especially by countries about to join the EU who will have to meet the demanding European food hygiene standards.

The course will also benefit UK food / catering businesses who have difficulty releasing staff from work for training, anyone with internet access can participate in the course and can work at their own pace until the course is completed.

The UK Industry Guides to Good Hygiene Practice state that food handlers must be trained to Level 1 standard within 3 months of employment.
