UK food manufacturer The Abergavenny Fine Food Co. is eyeing a 120% increase in goat’s cheese production to meet growing demand.

The firm, a producer of soft goat’s cheese, has secured GBP1.2m (US$1.9m) in funding from Santander and is now looking at increasing the size of its dairy facilities in Abergavenny to cater for a rise in demand.
