Australian olive oil firm Frankland River Olive Co. has announced the resignation of chairman and director Mark Hohnen.


Hohnen will leave today (31 March) and Craig Readhead will replace him as chairman.


“The directors would like to thank Mr Hohnen for all of his efforts during the past three and half years as a sirector and also for his time prior to becoming a director during the restructuring of the business in 2005 and 2006 and wish him well with his future endeavours,” the company said.


The company also announced the appointment of Paul Letari to its board of directors.


Letari, a Western Australian commercial and agricultural property investor, will join the board as a non-executive director.
