Australia’s largest food manufacturer Goodman Fielder today (19 April) appointed Clive Hooke as an independent non-executive director.
“Clive is a highly experienced member of the Australian business community and brings significant strategic and financial expertise to the Goodman Fielder board,” says Goodman Fielder chairman, Max Ould.
Hook was the chief financial officer of National Foods and is chairman of Big Brothers-Big Sister Australia.
Hooke will hold office until the 2007 AGM, when shareholders will vote on his appointment.
